We’re dedicated to keeping our members and their money protected, so all orsa Mastercard® debit and credit cards are automatically enrolled in receiving fraud alerts.
If we need to contact you, we will NEVER ask for personal, account, or card information. This includes card numbers, PINs, security codes, login information, etc. Please do not give this information out to anyone.
Trust your gut. If you’re ever unsure about a phone call, please hang up and call us directly at (877) 937-2328 to ensure that you’re speaking with a real orsa team member. Avoid clicking on links in text messages and emails if you do not recognize the sender’s information.
